This hotel exceeded all my anticipations. the buffet presented great quality and variety. every single member of staff acted kindly, showing that warm, professional hospitality. i enjoyed my stay. It gets a perfect score from me.

The room was spacious. It had a big swimming pool and a clean private beach. The front office managers were friendly and helpful. Bek, the front office manager, welcomed me at the hotel. He made the check-in process smooth.

The breakfast area were a bit of a zoo. too many folks crammed into a space designed for a hamster tea party. i practically had to arm-wrestle a babushka for the last croissant. also, the elevators apparently run on abu dhabi time. I swear i aged a decade waiting for one.
